A popular pub in Worcestershire has re-opened its kitchen for the first time since lockdown.
The Swan Inn, located in the historic village of Chaddesley Corbett, has launched its rotating FEAST menu serving hot food from 5pm to 9pm every Thursday to Saturday.
The Bathams pub, which has sat in the heart of the village since 1606, has created FEAST in partnership with Michelin-trained chef, Dan Sheward, who has over 17 years of experience and has cooked with the likes of Aktar Islam and Tom Shepherd.
A spokesperson for The Swan Inn said: "We've been really excited to re-open our kitchen since pre-lockdown. To do it with our very good friend Daniel Sheward makes it even more special.
"The reception we've had so far has been nothing but positive and we're already looking forward to creating new menus in 2024. A big thanks also goes out to all our loyal customers who have supported us during this new venture."
Using locally sourced produce, FEAST will be serving a different themed menu each day all available for dining in and takeaway.
On Thursday, diners can expect the Chicken Feast which features buttermilk fried chicken strips served with hot honey and sriracha mayonnaise, chicken gravy with sage and onion dust or teriyaki sauce all served with skin on fries.
For non-meat eaters, there is also a buttermilk fried cauliflower dish.
On Friday, there will be a Burger FEAST with different burger creations including BBQ pineapple and fried aubergine.
For the Saturday menu, it is Steak FEAST where guests can indulge in steak bavette or miso glazed aubergine served with a range of sauces and skin-on fries.
Alongside all 3 menus, diners can also order from a range of side dishes including sweet and smokey dusted fries, corn ribs and American slaw.
