Work on a brand-new housing development in Stourport-on-Severn has now been completed.
Housing provider, Bromford, said the development, which is situated just off Pearl Lane, is finished and the final few homes have been handed over to the new occupants.
The site has a number of two, three and four-bedroom shared ownership properties built by Bromford with priority given to applicants with a connection to the Astley Cross and Dunley areas.
Director of sales and marketing at Bromford, Catherine Jarrett, said: "We are delighted at the success of the Ramblers Gate development and understand that the lucky people to have secured a Bromford Shared Ownership home will enjoy everything about the development.
"Stourport-on-Severn is in the unique position of being a thriving town with plenty of fantastic amenities and larger settlements nearby, but without sacrificing on that countryside feel that rural Worcestershire provides."
Bromford Shared Ownership gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the opportunity to secure a new-build home.
Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own and pay rent on the remaining share so a smaller deposit is required.
The development was also recognised last year by one of the UK's most prestigious home-building competitions when it was crowned the winner of NHBC's Pride in the Job award.
Ms Jarrett added: “It was fantastic for this development to be recognised as exceptional by the NHBC, further cementing our status as a high-quality developer, so the new residents have the peace of mind to understand the care and attention that was put into the build and the area as a whole.”
