Greene King has announced its biggest ever free pint giveaway, with complementary drinks to be poured across the UK under one specific condition.
The free beer is to be triggered the moment the first raindrop falls in Manchester on Monday (March 25).
Teaming up with football legend, Peter Crouch, the company plans to distribute free pints nationwide in hopes of encouraging pub visits despite poor weather.
Crouch said: "I'll be on tenterhooks looking out for the rain, with 100,000 free pints up for grabs, there's only one place I'll be heading when the rain drops start to fall."
