A CAFE is inviting people to eat, drink and learn.
The Community Cafe at Wolverley Memorial Hall has launched a Stay Connected initiative with the help of a grant from Worcestershire County Council.
Sessions called Eat, Drink and Learn are being held in the cafe every Monday from 11am until 2pm.
“Everyone is welcome to come along, have a drink or a snack and learn a new skill or hear all about topics of local interest,” said cafe manager Beth Featherstone .
“We already have a full diary of topics, including advice from the local police on community safety and Christine’s Card Club teaching the basics of crib and whist.
“A local historian will be giving a talk on the army camp which was based here during the Second World War and we will hear all about the notorious Wolverley murder .”
A full list of dates and topics can be found on the Wolverley Memorial Community Cafe Facebook page .
There is no need to book.
