A WITNESS appeal has been launched after a motorbike rider was rushed to hospital with serious injuries following a crash.
The single-vehicle collision happened on the A442 near Shatterford and it is thought the rider was travelling between Kidderminster and Bridgnorth.
It involved a red Honda motorcycle and happened around 11.15am on Wednesday, May 1.
West Mercia Police are now appealing for those who saw the collision and have dash cam footage, to come forward.
A spokesperson for the force said: "We are appealing for witnesses following a single vehicle collision on Wednesday 1 May on the A442 near to Shatterford, Worcestershire.
"The collision happened around 11.15am involving a red Honda motorcycle, where the rider was taken to hospital serious injuries.
"Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the collision, have dash cam footage of the motorcycle during or any time before the collision happened.
"The motorcycle was thought to be travelling between Kidderminster and Bridgnorth".
