One of Worcestershire's favourite cricket grounds will host a prostate cancer charity's coffee morning.

Worcestershire County Cricket Club's Beard Terrace at New Road will welcome the Kidderminster & Worcestershire Prostate Cancer Support Group (KWPCSG) for their Coffee & Chat morning on Wednesday, May 22 from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

The event will be the second hosted by the cricket ground for KWPCSG, a charity that supports men and their families impacted by prostate cancer.

The morning gives attendees the chance to discuss current affairs, share their stories, and make connections in a congenial setting with a view over the cricket pitch and cathedral.

Attendees can access the cricket club's car park from New Road, immediately after the café, free of charge.

Parking extends into the last section of the Worcestershire County Cricket Club complex.

KWPCSG trustee and committee member, Peter Corbishley, said: "The Worcestershire County Cricket Club is such a fantastic venue to meet; at our coffee and chat meetings we all learn a little bit more about this disease and connect with fellow prostate cancer sufferers which is always really valuable."

The group, now active for over two decades, welcomes men living with prostate cancer, along with their partners and family members.
