The following cases have been heard at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court in the last week.
WILLIAM EDNEY, of Mayfield Close, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle when his alcohol level was above the limit.
Edney was accused of driving a Ford Fiesta on Park Lane when over the limit on January 13.
He had 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Edney was disqualified from driving and fined £415. He also had to pay court costs.
RAYMOND HOWLES, of Bromsgrove Street, Kidderminster, indicated a guilty plea to three counts of theft from a shop.
This included stealing Oral B electric toothbrushes and a hair clipper to the value of £335 from Sainsbury's on May 6.
He was also accused of stealing smartwatches and wireless earbuds to the value of £111 from B&M on May 5.
The third count was for stealing Oral B electric toothbrushes to the value of £160 from Sainsbury's on May 2.
Howles was given a community order and must attend drug rehabilitation.
JOHN SIMMONDS, of Lye Head, Bewdley, changed his plea to guilty for driving a motor vehicle when his alcohol level was above the limit.
Simmonds was accused of driving a Toyota Hilux on the A456 when he was over the limit on August 13, 2023.
He had 82 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
He was disqualified from driving and fined £405. He was also told to pay court costs.
