A school in Wyre Forest is set to create a brand-new wellbeing garden for pupils to connect with nature.
The tranquil plot at Wolverley Sebright Primary Academy will be stocked with plants and trees and is set to feature special seating areas and a gazebo.
The garden will cost £3,000 and has been made possible thanks to grant funding.
It is hoped that the new space will help provide an environment for pupils to relax and reflect.
Executive headteacher Shelley Reeves-Walters said: "The wellbeing of our children is a top priority and having a safe and nurturing environment where pupils can relax, reflect and connect with nature is essential."
The project is being funded through Worcestershire County Council Public Health's Innovation Grant Funding for Education.
A team of family volunteers are set to help create the garden which will be located next to the school orchard.
