A paddling pool in Stourport has been forced to close due to unforeseen "technical problems".
Stourport Town Council said Riverside Paddling Pool looks unlikely to be open in time for the weekend.
This is due to a number of technical problems which the team are working hard to fix.
The town council said it would keep residents updated with the latest information.
In a post on Facebook, Stourport Town Council said: "We are sorry to inform you that the Riverside Paddling Pool is currently closed as we are dealing with a number of technical problems which we are working hard to fix.
"We will keep you updated but it looks unlikely it will be open for the weekend."
The pool was previously closed for the season and underwent refurbishment work to replace its "problematic surface".
The pool has also undergone a spring clean ready to welcome visitors.
