A MAN who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a motorbike rider was killed in a Bewdley crash has been released on bail, police said today.
The 29-year-old man was arrested and taken into custody after a a white Mercedes Vito van and a green Kawasaki Ninja motorbike collided on the A456 Bewdley bypass.
The crash happened on Sunday (June 2) at around 5.45pm.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 47-year-old man, sadly died at the scene.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said today (Tuesday June 4): "The man arrested has been released on bail."
