A MAN was taken to hospital following a crash involving a motorbike and a lorry on Thursday (June 6).
The incident happened on the A449 Wolverhampton Road, near Cookley, in the late morning.
West Mercia Police confirmed the incident involved a motorbike and lorry. Officers closed the road following the collision.
A man fell from his bike and suffered injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of a patient who had fallen from his motorbike on Wolverhampton Road at 11.52am, one ambulance attended the scene.
"On arrival we discovered one patient, a man, who was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Russell’s Hall Hospital for further assessment".
