PEOPLE who are looking for a party in Kidderminster this summer can attend one of the many free festivals in the town centre.

A host of live music and street food events are being hosted in the town over the next few months, organised by Kidderminster BID.

Here is a list of the upcoming events so you don't miss out.

 

Canal and Food Market - Saturday June 22/ Sunday June 23

The Weavers Wharf event takes place by the waterside and features a range of family-friendly entertainment and street food.

The event also features arts and crafts stalls and will take place from 10am to 7pm on the Saturday and 10am until 5pm on the Sunday.

 

Digbeth Dining Club (Kidderminster Dining Club - Friday June 28 and Friday July 26

The popular street food extravaganza will return to the Bullring car park for two events over the summer.

People can expect vendors including Fat Snags, Only Jerkin,' Low and Slow, Beef on the Block and Bournville Waffle Co at the upcoming event later this month.

 

Jazz Festival - Friday July 19, Saturday July 20, Sunday July 21

Part of the Birmingham and Solihull Jazz Fest, people can expect to be taken away by soulful tunes and captivating rhythms during the Jazz Fest. It's set to be a unique musical experience that will "invigorate and ignite your soul".

 

Love Kidderminster Fun Day - Saturday July 27

The town centre event is set to be a total entertainment takeover within the town centre, with circus acts, workshops, magicians, a fun bus and much more.

Street food vendors will also be cooking up a storm on the day, and there will also be an "exciting name" coming to the event.

 

Kidderminster Music Festival - Friday August 30, Saturday August 31, Sunday September 1

The three-day festival returns to the town centre with more venues, more music, and more local street food vendors.
