POLICE have launched an appeal after cash and jewellery were stolen during a house burglary. 

The raid took place on Saturday (July 13) at a home on Pochard Close, in the Spennells area of Kidderminster. 

A window was forced open to the rear of the property. 

On West Mercia Police's Neighbourhood Matters page, PCSO Kate Easthope said: "We are appealing to the Spennells community for information following a burglary at a home on Pochard Close.

"The burglary took place between 11am and 2pm on Saturday 13th July

"Offenders have jemmied open a window at the rear of the property to gain entry. They have stolen cash and jewellery from the address. 

"Did you see anything suspicious or have any information that might help enquires?
