A GP surgery in Kidderminster has issued an urgent update to patients this morning after its clinical system went down.
Kidderminster Medical Centre urged patients to call the surgery back later if their query is non-urgent as they are currently unable to access any patient notes.
Patients are being advised to contact 999 in case of an emergency.
The surgery has apologised for any inconvenience whilst the issue is being resolved.
In a post on Facebook, Kidderminster Medical Centre said: "Our clinical system is currently down, we are unable to access any patient notes.
"Please contact 999 in an emergency, but if your query is non-urgent then please call the surgery back later.
"Thank you for understanding and apologies for any inconvenience."
