Two best friends from Kidderminster are walking an incredible 142 miles to raise awareness for men's suicide prevention.
Tommy Smith and Kenny Wilding started their sponsored charity walk from Wales to Kidderminster last weekend to help raise vital funds for Andy's Man Club.
The duo took no food or money with them when they set off on Saturday (July 20) and are living in tents and relying on the goodwill of people they meet along the way.
Mr Smith and Mr Wilding said: "We took on this challenge for a very good cause as there's not much help out there for men's mental health. We think Andy's Man Club is the biggest help out there and the charity is trying its hardest to open up facilities everywhere across the UK.
"We know a few lost souls that have taken their own lives through mental health and we believe that if more of these facilities are available then it would be a big help."
The friends said the challenge has been harder than they could have imagined so far but they have experienced incredible scenery and met amazing people along the way.
The rainy weather has been against them at times with a lot of hills to climb.
The pair hope to finish the walk by Saturday (July 27) and have raised just over £3,000 so far for Andy's Man Club.
Their wives, Caron Smith and Mel Wilding, said they were missing both of them greatly but "couldn't be prouder" of what they were doing.
Mr Smith and Mr Wilding added: "Our challenge has been a lot harder than we imagined and we have experienced some battles along the way with bad weather and going 10 miles in the wrong direction as we lost phone signal.
"We have also been bitten a lot by mosquitos by the brooks whilst fishing for food and in the tents.
"We also got flooded with water twice whilst camping.
"We have also experienced some beautiful scenery and places and met some amazing people along the way who have kindly donated once hearing who we were sponsoring.
"We also miss our families tremendously and can't wait to be back with them."
