A burst water pipe affected water supply in parts of Bewdley yesterday.
Severn Trent said their teams were on site and working hard to fix the problem after residents reported low pressure or no water supply.
The problem has been caused by a burst pipe on Cleobury Road on Sunday (August 4).
The burst water pipe was affecting the DY12 area including Wyre Hill, Hales Park and The Lakes.
Severn Trent Water said: “We’d like to apologise to those experiencing poorer pressure or no water supply in the DY12 area of Bewdley.
“This is due to a burst water pipe on Cleobury Road.
“Our teams are on site working to repair this and restore your water supply as soon as possible.
“We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing, and we’ll make sure this page is updated as we receive more information.”
Temporary traffic lights were set up in the area and the water supply was restored shortly before 6pm on the same day.
Severn Trent said: “We’re pleased to inform you that the works in your area are now completed, and the water supply is back to normal.
“For those that were impacted by this we’d like to thank you for your continued patience whilst this was being carried out.”
