Three people have been arrested following drug warrants in Kidderminster and Bromsgrove.
Four warrants linked to county lines drug dealing were executed in Kidderminster and Bromsgrove this morning (Wednesday, August 7) as part of ongoing efforts to tackle the supply of illegal drugs in Worcestershire.
The work was part of a collaborative effort by the Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team (NCFT), Proactive CID, Economic Crime Unit and local policing teams in response to community concerns around suspected drug dealing.
One man, aged 26, and one female, aged 21, of an address in Rock Hill, Bromsgrove, were arrested.
Another man, aged 26, was also arrested in Hawfinch Rise, Kidderminster.
They have all been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and money laundering offences.
During the search of their homes, a large quantity of Class A and Class B drugs were found along with around £20,000 in cash.
All three suspects will be held in custody while further enquiries are carried out by West Mercia Police.
Detective Sergeant David Garner, of Kidderminster CID, said: "This morning we executed four warrants in Kidderminster and Bromsgrove suspected to be linked to the supply of Class A drugs into our communities.
"Drug dealers prey on some of the most vulnerable people in society and their presence in turn causes more crime such as shoplifting, burglary and anti-social behaviour.
"We are determined to make Kidderminster and Bromsgrove safer places and prevent the harm these drug dealers cause to our local communities, and these warrants show we are listening to our communities and continue to act upon the information provided to us."
The local community can help police by continuing to report any signs of criminal activity via the West Mercia Police website.
