A road in Kidderminster is set to be closed for two weeks for highway repair and maintenance work.
In a social media post, Worcestershire County Council reminded residents that Beauchamp Avenue is closed for two weeks from today (Monday, August 12) due to resurfacing work on the footpaths.
According to the county council website, there is a valid permit in place until 4.35pm on Friday (August 30).
Delays are likely in the area and drivers will need to seek an alternative route while the work is being completed.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
There is a diversion route in place via Blount Terrace, Northumberland Avenue, Stourport Road and vice versa.
