Armed police were spotted in Kidderminster town centre this afternoon following reports of threatening behaviour.
West Mercia Police said they were called to a property on Lower Mill Street at around 1.15pm today (Friday, August 30) following a report of a man using threatening behaviour.
Officers attended the property and one man was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of an offensive weapon.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We were called to a property on Lower Mill Street in Kidderminster around 1.15pm this afternoon (August 30) following a report of a man using threatening behaviour.
"Officers attended the property and one man was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of an offensive weapon."
