A highly anticipated and much-loved carnival is set to return to Stourport this weekend.
Stourport Carnival has been held annually since 1925 and sees a variety of events and activities come to Riverside Meadows and throughout the town.
People will be lining the streets on Saturday (September 7) to witness the carnival land parade, which leaves Areley Kings at 12.30pm, as well as the river parades which will run at 4pm and 8pm.
Collection buckets will be carried throughout the land parade with all money being donated to local charities and organisations.
The carnival will come to a close with a spectacular fireworks display at 9.30pm with visitors urged to grab a space along the prom or on the bridge for the best view.
The event will also feature a fun fair, stalls, games, live entertainment and more so there will be something for the whole family to enjoy.
