A MOTORBIKE rider has died after a crash on the A442 between Bridgnorth and Kidderminster this morning (Sunday September 15).
The collision involving a green Kawasaki motorbike and a white Dacia 4x4, happened at around 10am in Quatford, Shropshire.
Tragically, the motorcyclist – a man in his 40s – was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported, and no arrests have been made – West Mercia Police said – but enquiries are underway to establish what happened.
The force has urged anyone who witnessed the crash, or anyone who has dashcam footage of the incident or the moments before, to get in touch.
