A theatre group is calling for young actors to join their production of Les Misérables.
Talking Props Theatre Arts, based in Kidderminster, is inviting performers aged eight to 18 to take part in its 11th annual show.
Following a run of Disney’s Beauty & The Beast to mark its 10th anniversary, the studio is looking to continue its tradition of nurturing young talent.
Over the years, Talking Props has seen its students progress to prestigious stage schools both in the UK and abroad, with some even launching professional careers.
The studio’s principal, Michael Neri, who was nominated for an Off West End Award for his original work, Wet Feet, directs the annual musicals.
The company first performed Les Mis in 2018 to a sold-out audience, and received positive reviews.
In addition to the July production, students will have the opportunity to perform in various events throughout the year, including the annual Monday Night Group Pantomime, as well as Musical Theatre and Dance competitions and showcases.
Open rehearsals for potential new students will be held on Sunday, October 6, at the Talking Props studios on Green Street, opposite B&Q.
The rehearsal times are as follows: ages eight to 12 from 10am to 12pm, and ages 13 to 18 from 1pm to 3pm.

The students will perform the stage classic at The Rose Theatre in Kidderminster.
