A number of road closures are set to be in place in Kidderminster town centre next week.
According to the Worcestershire County Council website, Worcester Street and Marlborough Street are set to be closed from Monday (October 7).
The closure is in place to facilitate remedial works by the National Grid.
There is a valid permit in place until Tuesday (October 8).
The closure on Worcester Street will be from its junction with Marlborough Street to its junction with Blackwell Street.
Marlborough Street will be closed from its junction with Oxford Street to its junction with Worcester Street.
There is a diversion in place via Oxford Street, A451 The Ringway, Blackwell Street and vice versa.
Prospect Hill is also subject to a road closure on the same dates from its junction with Worcester Street for a distance of 85 metres for work by Openreach.
There is a diversion in place via Bromsgrove Road, Coventry Street, A456 Coventry Street Roundabout, A451 The Ringway, Green Street, Dixon Street, New Road, Marlborough Street and vice versa.
The public notices for both sets of closures also said the one-way system will be suspended to allow for two-way traffic to access businesses for the duration of the order.
