CANCER research fundraisers hope to top £1,000 when their popular Big Breakfast returns to Hartlebury later this month.
Visitors can tuck into a full English in the village hall, Waresley Court Road, on Saturday, October 12 between 9am and 11.30am.
The event is being organised by Cancer Research UK’s Wyre Forest fundraising committee, with local chef Trefor Cook and his partner Pam Jarvie, once again dishing up the bangers and bacon.
Outgoing chairman Peter Tomlinson said: “We’ve run the Big Breakfast over a number of years and it’s always proved popular, so we hope we can top £1,000 this year.
“All are welcome – just come along and treat yourselves while raising funds for life-saving research into this dreadful disease that affects so many of us.”
Breakfasts are £12 per person and £6 for children under 10.
