POLICE are investigating after a window was smashed at a Kidderminster church.
West Mercia Police have appealed to residents for witnesses after the criminal damage at St Barnabas Church on Wolverley Road.
On the force's neighbourhood matters website, PCSO Rebecca Ruston said: "The window was damaged between 15th and 17th September when unknown persons have thrown items at the window causing it to smash.
"No attempt was made to gain entry to the church.
She added: "If you have information about the damage please let us know using the online ‘Tell Us About’ form on our website www.westmercia.police.uk, quoting crime number 22\82352\24.
"If you aren’t comfortable contacting us directly, you can pass on information anonymously to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111 or by visiting their website: www.crimestoppers-uk.org."
