Two brand-new community choirs are set to be launched at Wolverley Memorial Hall this November.

Simon Whitmore is leading the groups and aims to get as many people singing as possible.

Mr Whitmore currently runs the Music Hub Choirs and has a number of groups around the West Midlands.

He said: "Singing with us is a fun and enjoyable way of singing in a group.

"You don't need to have sung before just come along with your enthusiasm and join in."

Those looking to join will benefit from the experience of singing in a group as well as the opportunity to make new friends.

The group, which has even sung at Birmingham Town Hall, also take part in various concerts and social events.

The profits from their concerts and events go towards helping local charities with the group raising more than £67,000 over the last few years.
