A MAN charged with drug dealing offences after a police raid is set to face trial.
Oliver Westwood pleaded not guilty to two counts of possessing cannabis with intent to supply at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Friday (October 11).
The 31-year-old, of Dunlin Drive, Kidderminster, also denied one count of possessing criminal property – in this case, cash.
Westwood has been remanded on conditional bail and is now set to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on February 11, 2025, for trial.
This follows a warrant that was carried out at a property in Dunlin Drive in the Spennells area by officers from the Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team (NCFT) on Thursday morning (October 10).
Officers found a large quantity of cannabis in the property, together with deal bags and scales.
The warrant led officers to use police powers to visit another address at Unicorn Row, near the Horsefair.
At this property, another large quantity of cannabis was found, deal bags, together with around £3,000 cash and a mobile phone believed to be linked to drug dealing.
