An annual arts and community festival is well underway in Bewdley with a star-studded line-up of events.
Bewdley Festival, which was first held in 1988, takes place across four different venues in the town and offers an array of multi-arts events that feature music, drama, exhibitions, talks, poetry, comedy and the visual arts.
The festival officially kicked off on Friday (October 11) with a performance from Ruby Turner and her great band at the Treetops Pavilion at West Midlands Safari Park.
The following day writer Henry Normal and comedian Nigel Planer took to the stage at St George's Hall.
Musician, novelist and BBC documentary star Darren McGarvey also appeared at the weekend, whilst star of BBC Songs of Praise Aled Jones hosted an evening exploring his life and singing some favourites last night (Monday, October 14).
There are still plenty more evening and daytime events to enjoy over the next week including the legendary psychedelic band Soft Machine who will be performing at the Treetops Pavilion on Thursday (October 17).
On Friday (October 18), guests will see radio presenter Jane Garvey interview baroness Jacqui Smith, the first female Home Secretary.
The festival concludes with the Bath Abbey Choir performing in concert at St Anne’s Church on Saturday (October 26).
