A PLAN has been submitted to Wyre Forest District Council for a new HMO (House in multiple occupation) in Kidderminster.
The council's planning portal shows a planning application to change the use of a dwellinghouse, 8 Comberton Road, to a six bedroom HMO which includes internal alterations.
The house earmarked for development is located close to Kidderminster Railway Station.
The planning application is now pending consideration after being submitted to the council on Thursday, October 31.
People can view documents relating to the proposal, including floor plans and the location plan, via Wyre Forest District Council's planning website by searching 24/0735/CLP.
