A business which was founded by Kidderminster College tutors has officially been rebranded following "significant" growth and success.

Founded in 1987 by three Kidderminster College tutors, full-service marketing agency Citizen Communication has announced its rebrand to Citcom.

The business has extensive experience in design, print, digital, marketing, events and videography, working with a growing portfolio of clients, including industry leaders like EE and BT, and local businesses throughout Kidderminster.

The company said the strategic rebrand emphasises CitCom’s commitment to innovation and providing enhanced marketing services.

It follows a period of significant growth for the agency, which has expanded its client base and diversified its service offerings, including SEO, PPC, VR, social media management and photography, and grown its headcount to a team of 10 in-house experts.

Martin Leonard, CEO of CitCom, said: "Since our founding, Citizen Communication has always been driven by a passion for innovation and a dedication to delivering exceptional results.

"From our humble beginnings in a small office on Greatfield Road, creating training videos for the Dixon Stores Group, to becoming a trusted partner for industry giants like EE and BT, we have consistently adapted and grown to meet the changing needs of our clients.

"Our rebrand to CitCom signifies more than just a name change. It represents our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the digital realm. By harnessing the power of AI and other cutting-edge technologies, we are poised to deliver even more creative, impactful, and data-driven solutions for our clients."

The company said it hopes the rebrand will enable the agency to further strengthen its market presence, adopt new technologies and broaden its service capabilities to better meet the evolving needs of clients.
