A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after she fell off a mobility scooter.
The incident happened on Kidderminster Road, near West Midlands Safari Park, on Thursday afternoon (November 7).
There were reports of slow-moving traffic following the incident as police were called to the scene to manage traffic.
West Mercia Police confirmed the woman was being taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Police were called to the Kidderminster Road, close to West Midlands Safari Park to manage traffic at around 1.30pm this afternoon (7 November) after a woman fell from a mobility scooter.
"The woman is being taken to hospital with minor injuries.
"There were no other vehicles involved".
