A WOMAN has suffered injuries after bleach was thrown at her from a first-floor window.
A 54-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm following the incident in Load Street, Bewdley.
It happened on Thursday, October 7, and the man has since been bailed as police enquiries continue.
West Mercia Police are urging those who saw the incident to get in touch with them.
A spokesperson for the force said: "A 54 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
"The arrest follows an incident on Load Street in Bewdley on Thursday 7th October, where bleach was thrown from a first floor window. A woman sustained minor injuries.
"The man has been released on bail whilst enquiries continue. Anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have information is urged to contact Kidderminster CID on 01562 826192".
