Having high-definition CCTV attached to the college building will identify those causing trouble, noise and harassment and any other anti-social behaviour.

The local ward councillor needs to step up, start taking responsibility and to this end it should be required that he/she personally demands real action from the Safer Neighbourhood Team.

If this has little or no effect then a letter to the Chief Constable demanding answers must be the next step.

No more tolerance of the bad behaviour by the generation that are supposed to be the future.
