DRIVERS have been warned about overnight closures on the M5 in Worcestershire.

Part of the M5 through Worcestershire will be closed overnight for the rest of this week while National Highways carries out maintenance work.

The closure will be in effect between junction 4a (Bromsgrove) to junction 3 (Quinton) from tonight (Wednesday) to Friday (November 22) between 9pm and 6am.

The southbound carriageway will be closed between both junctions and the entry and exits.

It will also mean the southbound link road between junction 4a and the M42 will also be closed to drivers.

Diversions will be put in place.
