Police have been out conducting speed checks following concerns from residents in Kidderminster.
Wyre Forest Police sent officers out on a speed operation yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, November 19) on Bewdley Road.
Officers said they had taken action after receiving multiple reports from concerned residents about speeding in the area.
They have also urged the community to get in touch with any other roads that are a concern for potential future operations.
In a post, Wyre Forest Police said: "You spoke and we listened. Officers conducted a speed op yesterday afternoon on The Bewdley Road in Kidderminster.
"We’ve had multiple reports from concerned members of the public around speeding in this area. Let us know where to go next."
Residents were quick to suggest areas like Sion Hill, Stourport Road and streets around Spennells for possible speed checks as some drivers treat the roads like "racetracks".
