Two-way lights are set to be in place along a busy main road in Kidderminster.
According to the Worcestershire County Council website, the traffic controls will be in place on the A449 Wolverhampton Road near Broadwaters Park from 9.30am on Thursday (November 28).
The lights will be on the road for a few hours with a valid permit in place until 3.30pm the same day.
The two-way lights are needed to facilitate utility repair and maintenance work by Severn Trent.
The footway is set to remain open throughout the duration of the work.
Delays are likely in the area whilst the work is being completed and drivers are advised to plan ahead of any journeys.
