A FATHER and son have been charged with a total of 19 drug offences between them.
The charges include conspiracy to produce a controlled class C drug as well as MDMA.
Christopher Booton, aged 32, of Cleobury Road, Cleobury Mortimer, has been charged with four counts of being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of a class C drug, one count of being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of a class B drug, one count of conspiracy to produce MDMA / ecstasy, and six counts of conspiracy to produce a controlled drug of class C
Phillip Booton, aged 58, also of Cleobury Road, Cleobury Mortimer, is charged with six counts of conspiracy to produce a controlled drug of class C and one count of conspiracy to produce MDMA / ecstasy.
The two have been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court today (November 28).
