Just when you think you have seen it all something else comes along, sitting at home last night gripped watching the cricket as it went to the wire ended in amazing circumstances due to an error by West Indies coach John Dyson.

Wanting just 27 runs to win off 22 balls coach Dyson called the players off due to bad light thinking they had done enough to win using the Duckworth-Lewis method only to then realise he had made a huge error gifting England victory by an amazing 1 run.

I'm not complaining as an England fan as it ended their 13 match win less run but you have to feel sorry for supporters who shell out thousands of pounds to travel to watch their hero's only for the match to end this way so what can be done to end this mess.

Well for a start the ground had floodlights and at this moment in time for some stupid reason they are not allowed to use them in a day game and the question has to asked why ?

For all concerned and to stop confusion why not allow lights to be turned on and the match to be complete to save all this mess.

I'm all for moving on so to speak and using modern technology but this is just for someone from the I.C.C to stand up and be counted and say enough is enough this ends now.

So with the 2nd one day game due to be played tomorrow again in Guyana lets all hope the game can be played to an end and the result be resolved the correct way and that no one witnesses this mess again WILL THEY ?
