THIS year’s KAF also sees the first contributions to the festival from its new local artists network and project group KAF Creatives.

The group meets bi-monthly at the Boars Head pub on Worcester Street. Artists from any art form are welcome to join.

The council will be working with them to create exciting one-off projects over the coming years.

The group is friendly and informal and the idea is to provide a supportive and sociable meeting place for artists who often work in isolation.
