BEWDLEY Festival organisers have reported record sales for tickets at this stage with three events already sold out.
The tickets went on general sale on Saturday and there are now no more available for Michael Portillo, Alistair McGowan and the party night with Mike Sanchez.
A few tickets are left for Neil Oliver and Barbara Dickson and there are still some for the Zombies, Ruby Turner, Tim Brooke-Taylor and the Mediaeval Baebes.
Eager Bewdley Festival fans queued up outside the Bewdley Tourist Information Centre before it opened to make sure they got their hands on some tickets.
They were kept sweet with sugary treats handed out by members of the Bewdley Festival Committee.
Tickets are available in person from the centre and by telephone from Worcester Live Box Office, on 01905 611427.
People are also being advised not to wait too long to buy tickets for the daytime events.
Further information about the festival can be obtained at bewdleyfestival.org.uk.
