BEWDLEY sailor Alison Young continued her excellent form in the Laser Radial Class as she moved into a medal position at the competition's half way stage.
The 25-year-old held her nerve in round five to finish second for the third race in a row in Weymouth and Portland.
That was enough to lift the Trimpley Sailing Club member one place into third in the overall standings.
Young will contest round six this afternoon. She still has five rounds and the medal race to take part in.
