HAS anyone else noticed the massive car park effect happening in the morning at the Bewdley Road / Minster Road traffic lights at Stourport travelling from Bewdley direction?

I realised what the problem was this week as I sat in a position where I could see the lights changing - or not changing. It will be the idiot responsible for the unfair sequencing.

I saw them change to green for a few seconds, where no cars got through as the Kidderminster traffic was blocking the junction. Then, in misbelief, I watched for approximately eight minutes while we missed out on at least four sequences.

Others in the queue must have thought the lights were broken as cars started to try and get through on red.

I hoped it was a mistake that would be rectified but after leaving earlier this morning (just in case) there was another backlog of cars trying to get through.

When will this ridiculous situation be resolved so we can once again get to work relaxed and on time?
