HAVE any of your other readers noticed the addition of plastic cap-type bumps that have appeared in every parking bay in Tesco's car park in Kidderminster?
Rumours abound that it is a local council initiative - apparently they are so alarmed at the lack of people now using council car parks (loss of revenue being the driving force, two hours free parking in Tesco v 80p), that they have had these bumps installed!
If it is a council intiative, what has been the cost of installation?.
Rumour also has it that these bumps can identify your registration number, the number of parking bay that you park in and the amount of time spend there.
Can anyone spread any further light on this?
