Mayflex Staff get KEMP Santa Clause Fever
Sixteen members of Mayflex staff from Birmingham will be leaving behind their roles working for of the UK’s leading distributors of Converged IP Solutions, to take part in KEMP Hospice’s annual Santa Fun Run on Sunday 1st December at Brinton’s Park from 9.00am.
Jonathan Bushell, Head of IT, took part in the Santa Fun Run last year and along with Jonathan Beech Systems Development Manager and asked if any of their colleagues would be interested in joining them this year. So many staff have agreed to take part that this has now became a Mayflex team outing.
Jonathan Beech stated:
“We are really delighted that so many of our colleagues are up for the challenge to take part in the Santa Fun Run. KEMP is a great charity and we will do our best to raise as much money as possible for this very worthy cause.”
With only 400 spaces available in the KEMP Santa Fun Run, and with people travelling from as far away as Stoke, Coventry, Tamworth and Birmingham to take part, places are filling fast.
Kate Wilkinson, Events Fundraiser says: “Jonathan Bushell was one of KEMP’s top fundraisers last year and we are so pleased he enjoyed it so much that he has encouraged others to take part – I’m sure you’ll all agree that they look fabulous in their Santa suits?”
