The show goes on!
Although the Quilt Exhibition in the top gallery of Kidderminster library has been cancelled due to the proposed changes of use, the display by the Twinning Association originally timed to coincide with this will still go ahead- admission is free during normal library opening hours.
Kidderminster's Forest Quilters & the Storm Quilters from Husum now plan to hold their exhibition in the reconfigured library in May 2013 when some of the Husum quilters will be visiting Kidderminster again, Meanwhile, the twenty display cases on the first floor will be used throughout the month of June to showcase the Twinning Association and many of the groups who are past and present Twinners. The portable display stand will also be on show in the library foyer.
The exhibition will be opened by visiting dignitaries from Husum and Charles Talbot, vice-president of the Twinning Association, at 11am on Friday 1st June
