As a celebration of 25 years of Beaver Scouting, Kidderminster District Beaver Scouts held a Safari Sleepover in Treetops at West Midland Safari Park. Six Beaver Colonies took part in this exciting event involving 99 Beaver Scouts and 40 adults.
The fun started with safari-themed bases at Rhydd Covert, followed by an afternoon on the Safari Park rides. Before bed Beavers joined in a traditional camp-fire sing-song. The Beavers spent a very exciting night under canvas in Treetops. This once in a lifetime opportunity will ensure that these Beavers always remember their 25th anniversary.
We would like to thank all the West Midlands Safari Park staff who enabled us to take part in this wonderful adventure.
