The society held their monthly meeting on November 18. The group welcome Patrick Clement a member of Halesowen Wildlife Group who is very keen on Nature and Conservation and illustrates with his own photographs for his talk on “Wildlife garden for all seasons”.
The group was fascinated with his superb collection of photographs including beetles, butterflies, moths and especially the badgers, squirrels and foxes. He told us how to create log piles, hiding places and habitats for the insects. He showed us many bird boxes and photos of rare birds.
He gave us a great tip saying that birds love pastry mix. On December 9, Derek’s Quiz And American Supper 7.30pm.
Remember to bring your contribution of food. January 20 is the AGM.
