The Diocesan Festival will be on Wednesday September 17 in Worcester Cathedral.
The speaker will be the World Wide President of the Mothers’ Union, Lynn Tembey.
Anyone wishing to go to the Cathedral should give in their names at the September branch meeting, when travel details can be arranged.
Notice is given of the Deanery Coffee Morning on 18th October at Pedmore at 10am.
Clent branch is again responsible for the “Blue and Green” stall but don’t worry if your contribution is not blue or green – we can work wonders with blue and green ribbon or tissue paper!
Members are asked to support this venture in any way they can – we shall be most grateful.
August 9 is Mary Sumner Day.
This will be celebrated at Amblecote with Eucharist at 11 am, followed by a light lunch.
All branches are welcome but we do need to know how many wish to attend for catering purposes.
The next branch meeting will be on September 4 at 2 pm when the speaker will be Wendy Pettit.
