CHADDESLEY CORBETT GARDENERS CLUB: On November 9, there will be a welcome return visit from Ross Barber of Picton Nurseries. Ross is going to talk about ‘The Winter Garden’ which is always interesting as one misses so much in the winter by not venturing out more and taking in the beautiful colours of the falling leaves and natures designs on the trunks of trees, not noticed so much in the summer.
December 14 will be the Christmas meeting and we are going to be entertained by Heather Wastie, Worcestershire’s own poet laureate.
Last opportunity to send Mike your entries for the photographic competition

An apology for last month’s ‘deliberate mistake’ in the magazine. They were not Vulcans (which are aeroplanes) we saw on the screen but Vultures. Sorry to Jim and Mervyn.
