STOURPORT FLORAL ART: The clubs open evening at Stourport Civic Hall was held on Monday 21st May
With demonstrator Andrew Lloyd and “Tis the Merry Month of May”
Nafas Chairman Katherine Kear was our guest and Heida from Kemp came along to accept our donation for the local hospice.
Andrew gave as usual a wonderful demonstration of fabulous arrangements that all included aspects of Maytime events and a lovely Royal Wedding display
The arrangements on the stage were accompanied by compatible arrangements Andrew had done earlier and
he earned a rapturous applause from the audience.
Katherine Kear gave the vote of thanks on behalf of the audience and congratulated Andrew on what she knew would be an enchanted evening then Andrew called the raffle for the delighted winners who had the task of getting them home/.
Katherine left with her friend Monica to travel to Gloucester and Andrew had club members helping to clear the stage
It had been a lovely successful evening and the next meeting of the club is on June 25 with Margaret Walker and “One for the Road”
Meetings are held at the Elizabeth Mills Centre New Street 7.30pm
